Job news alert
Updated: Jan 29, 2020
So some very encouraging news about my job.
If you read these blogs you will know that we moved to NZ in 2017.
Since moving to NZ I have had 7.... yes 7 jobs. I had applied for 700 plus and averaged about 1 interview per 20 applications. Interviews are like water off a ducks back now and my CV is so damn professional it gleams. I Turned some jobs down and accepted some real duff jobs.
Through it all I was begining to become less interested and was resigned to the fact that I would have to make my own income and work for me. Me being my boss. Cool!! I even started buying and selling which was working ok.
However, my 7th job seems to be the one that was worth all the stress. A nice environment. No micro management, nice group of people and my role suits me to the ground as business manager, process and improvement.
So it is true, good things come to he who waits.
Thankyou to Mitchel my wife who has been patient, kind, supportive and said the right things when needed. She is a great woman in many ways.
What have I learnt about moving to New Zealand and working here. I will tell you in the next blog.
Also if you would like help on your #CV or interview advice or just some encouragement please feel free to message me. If I can help I will.
