Interesting conversation.

So I have just been turned down for another #management role. However it was a positive turn down (if there is such a thing) well there is. I was given some good advice and it was a good conversation. I will learn, take what they advised and use it in my next management #interview.

Interesting though the person that got the job was an #internal candidate. What can I say. Oh I could say a lot and probably will as I #blog.

The climb is steep and hard, but I see the top.

I will nail the next one. I bloody will if it kills me..... It might!! LOL.
